Hoʻi Hoʻi Ea (HHE) is more than a grassroots organization; it’s a guardian of heritage or moʻokūʻauhau.
We breathe life into traditional farming practices, safeguard indigenous rights, and cherish the environment on which these traditions depend.
We believe indigenous identity is rooted in our deep connection to the land, a bond expressed through cultivating traditional crops, like kalo. Our heartbeat is in the community of Koʻolaupoko, Oʻahu, yet our influence and care extend to all of Hawaiʻi.
